  • Question: How is my order processed?
  • Here at Cutting Edge Creations, we strive to make our ordering process as seamless as possible. With that in mind, we take pride in the quality of the products we produce and also give that same attention to our shipping department as well.
  1. Our design team assures your custom order is aligned and properly centered.
  2.  We then cut your design from high grade, american steel. Your design then gets sanded to a finish that makes the coating adhere properly. To back up our 2 year guarantee, your designs then get a baked on powder coating to ensure they are both weather and rust resistant for years of indoor/outdoor use.
  3. Our Shipping team then carefully wraps and boxes your finished design for safe transit to your desired location.


  • Question: My order is incorrect. What should i do?
  • As we strive to make every order correct, there might be a time that an order gets shipped incorrectly. if so you can provide a photo with your order number via email support@cutting-edge-creations.com or you can use the message center through your account and we will get your order replaced as soon as possible.


  • Question: Can i change my order after purchase?
  • We allow changes up to 24 hours after an order has been placed. When changes are made past the 24 hour time frame, your order will have to be pulled from our production process, back into our design process, causing additional labor. Any changes made after 24 hours will be subject to a 20 % fee of product price.

    We are not able to make changes after 48 hours from the time you placed your order. After the 48 hours our team will send your item to our production department for cutting, sanding and powder-coating. Once your order reaches this stage we are no longer able to make adjustments to your design.


  • Question: How do i personalize my item with text?
  • On products that have letter or number options for personalized products, we will contact you by your contact selection made before you added your item to your cart. The selection will either be by phone or using your account message system. You will be contacted once the item has been purchased.
