The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts: Production Time & Shipping Time.
Every item gets hand produced at our Oregon based factory as orders are placed. Once we receive your order, our team runs your designs through a multi-step production process.
Step 1: Our Designers ensure your personalized text and colors are properly selected and aligned for a superior quality product.
Step 2: Our team, cut your design from high grade, Made in America steel. Your design then gets sanded to a smooth finish. To back up our guarantee, your design gets a baked on powder coating to ensure it is weather and rust resistant for years of indoor or outdoor use.
Step 3: Our Shipping team then carefully wraps and boxes your finished design for safe transit to your desired location.
Our typical production time per order is 5-15 business days.
This refers to the time it takes for your order to be shipped from our Oregon based factory to your delivery address.
